The State of the Woman Address, now in its fourth year, is a great opportunity to meet and network with professional, business-minded women who are excited about personal development, career advancement, financial health, and self-care.
There are several openings available, with two shifts: 9am-12pm & 12pm-3pm.
– EVENT ROLES –
Check-In: Welcome attendees on entry and confirm registration. (9am)
Onsite Registration: Manage registration laptops and assist attendees as needed. (Both Shifts)
Greeter: Welcome attendees as they enter the event hall and direct them to available seats or VIP area. (Both Shifts)
Hospitality: Support speakers and VIPs during the event. (Both Shifts
Lunch Server: Deliver meals to attendees and VIPs (9am)
Room Setup: Help prepare the room for the event. (9am)
Room Breakdown: Help pack up after the event and return the room to order. (12pm)
